Collection Purpose:

We do not use your information for anything but order processing and customer service.
We only collect information that is relevant to our mission of providing you with the best customer service possible.

Collection Limitation:

When you visit our website, our servers automatically collect these information from your computer: IP Address, Web Browser Version, Referer.
When you place an order with us, register or submit RMA, repair and other forms, we may ask you to provide some of these pieces of personal information: Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address, User Name, Password, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Card Authentication Code.

Information Safeguards:

All information you provide will be stored on our secure server until you request we remove it.
We store your credit card information using encryption.
We take significant steps to protect your information. Communications between your browser and our server are encrypted using 128 bit SSL. Your financial information is stored on our server using industry standard strong encryption.

We will not use your information to contact you, except as required to complete your order and provide customer service.
When you place an order, we provide your name, address, and credit card information to our credit card processor to validate and charge your card.

General Policies:

The PC Room ships to P.O. Box or RR addresses by Canada Post only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

All orders to “but not limited to” Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland will be assessed an additional shipping charge – contact us for a shipping quote or place your order and we will get back to you.

The PC Room will not be responsible for damage during shipment. The customer must inspect the package for signs of tampering or physical damage before accepting delivery. Once the package is accepted, and there is damage to the product(s), the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with FedEx/Canada Post, and will be responsible for any charges that may occur in getting a replacement or refund, such as shipping costs. The PC Room will provide necessary assistance as required.

Shipping Methods:

All orders are shipped by either FedEx, Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. You may indicate your preference via email or phone. However, The PC Room reserves the right to select the carrier of its choice. All appropriate packaging materials are used to meet the shipping requirements of the carriers.

All orders are ground-shipped using standard-shipping. Estimated times are 1-2 business days for Ontario, and 1-6 business days for other provinces.

You may request for expedited/express shipping at an additional cost to you by contacting us after placing your order. However, it is not guaranteed that the necessary change will be made to your order in time.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, our customer support staff will send you a tracking number by email to your email address in your account file. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can then go to either www.fedex.com or www.canadapost.ca to track your order. Please note that the tracking number is sent out the following day, and your order may already be out for delivery by the time you get the email.

Payment Method:

The PC Room accepts Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express only), interac and Interac e-Transfer, and PayPal payments.

Your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. The PC Room reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this notice.

Processing Times:

Please note that financial institutions take up to 1 business day to process your transaction. It will take 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and shipping information, once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day if all items are in stock.

For PayPal payment, as soon as PayPal has confirmed the payment and shipping information; orders will be processed immediately and shipped the same day when the items are all in stock. Please note that your shipping information must match your credit card billing information. The PC Room reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this notice.
It may take up to 5 business days to aquire out of stock items. Please call or email us regarding ETA on special-order items before placing your order. If there will be a significant delay shipping your order, we will contact you.

Stock Availability

Our online stock reflects our local inventory. If you place an order for an item that is not in stock at our warehouse, please expect a delay until we can either bring in new stock or have stock transferred in from another location. If you are unsure about the availability of an item, please contact us by phone or email. Note: Due to stock variances and unforeseeable errors, stock levels may be inaccurate. As a result, some low stock items may not be accurately displayed.

All orders will be shipped by either FedEx, Canada Post or Purolator ground shipping. Transit time may take between 1-6 business days depending on location. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
